  • Time Limit: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to request a return. No returns or refunds are processed after this period.
  • Eligibility:
    • Items must have manufacturing defects (e.g., damage, incorrect engraving) or differ from your order (e.g., wrong material or design).
    • Custom products cannot be returned for “change of mind” due to their personalized nature.
    • Non-custom items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom products (e.g., engraved signs, custom jewelry), unless defective.
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
    • Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., custom undergarments).
    • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases).
